SUMMIT FOR SERVICES LLC ("we") provides information services, property management, personal services, specialised medical practice and other health activities, organises conventions, provides booking, tour operator and travel agency services, professional services, market research and advertising. This policy explains how we handle personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection", the Fundamentals of Ukrainian Healthcare Legislation and the GDPR.

2. Health information
Health data is processed only by medical professionals bound by confidentiality, and shared with partner clinics only with your explicit consent.
3. Travellers
Identity and travel data shared with hotels, resorts and carriers to make bookings.
4. Concierge and property
Addresses and access arrangements for homes we look after, kept confidential.
5. Purposes and grounds
Provision of healthcare, performance of contracts, consent, legal obligations.
6. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
